Biography
Gabriel Hermida is a world-renowned virtuoso guitarist and composer celebrated for his masterful fusion of Gypsy Jazz, Argentine tango, and contemporary jazz. A prodigy who began performing at the age of six, he brings more than five decades of profound musical experience, technical brilliance, and artistic depth to every performance.
A classically trained Master of Music, Gabriel has graced the world’s most prestigious stages — including a command performance at The White House for President Barack Obama, Lincoln Center, Blue Note Jazz Club, Théâtre de la Ville in Paris, and the Royal Theatre in Monte Carlo. He is currently completing his debut album of original compositions.

Technical Requirements – Solo Performance
Gabriel Hermida performs with premium instruments and professional-grade sound equipment to ensure an exceptional musical experience.
Performance Space & Setup Requirements
Minimum performance area: 6 ft × 8 ft (1.8 m × 2.4 m)
Flat, stable, and dry surface (indoor or outdoor)
Shaded or covered area recommended for outdoor performances
Easy access to one standard 110V grounded power outlet within 15 feet
One armless chair or stool
Small table or surface for personal items and sound equipment
Sound & Audio Requirements
Preferred Option – Artist Provides PA (recommended)
Gabriel brings his own compact, high-quality professional sound system, including mixer, microphone, cables, stands, and monitoring for clear and elegant sound.
If the venue provides sound:
- 1 vocal microphone with boom stand
- 1–2 instrument inputs (DI boxes or ¼” for acoustic-electric guitar)
- Wedge monitor for the performer
- Mixer with vocal reverb
Lighting
Ambient or stage lighting is preferred, especially for evening and indoor events. Basic stage lighting can be arranged upon advance request.
